High temperature resistant alumina bubble brick refractory brick
Alumina hollow ball is a new type of high temperature heat insulation material, it is made of industrial alumina in the electric furnace smelting blowing, crystal type a-Al2O3 micro crystal.
Alumina hollow ball with temperature up to 1750 degrees or more, good thermal stability. Alumina hollow spherical brick bulk density only 1.1~1.5g/cm weight burn line change rate is small, the use of more long-term.

1. the use of high temperature, reaching more than 1750 degrees, the thermal stability is good.
2. small size, optimize the structure, reduce the weight of the furnace body.
3. the corrosion resistance of slag is good, and the usage period is long.
4. low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation effect.
Applicable to cracking furnace, hot blast furnace, heating furnace, tunnel kiln, push board kiln, the crucible furnace and electric furnace, electric furnace lining insulation, is also widely used in metallurgy, refractory, light industry, chemical industry, ceramics, glass, electronics and other industries.
