High purity Refractory ceramic fiber board for high temperature furnace
1. Description
Ceramic fiber boards are made from different types of ceramic fibers, attending inorganic and suitable organic binders. The mixture is vacuum processed into boards or formed shapes that keep good mechanical strength after heating. Physical stability up to 1800℃.
In some devises, it is a normal that produces smoking when a little of organic bonder is burnt, but it will be disappeared quickly
Inorganic board: All made of inorganic binder according to customer’s request, there is no organic volatile in use
Hardening board: Produce surface hardening or completely hardened according to customer’s request, make a better strength.
Hydrophobic board: Deal with surface waterproof according to the customer’s request,
Hydrophobic rate is more than 98%, which is suitable for some special parts.
