Introduction of Zinc Nickel Alloy Anode Electrolytic Ceramic Membrane Products

 

This is a new technology that has only been applied in recent years, using ceramic membrane to protect metal anodes instead of traditional metal anodes such as nickel or steel, which can prevent chelating agents and other organic components from migrating from the electrolyte, to prevent the oxidation.

Compared with traditional zinc nickel anodes, ceramic membrane anodes have the following advantages:

(1). The current used for metal deposition in ceramic film anodes reaches 80-90%, while traditional zinc nickel processes only have 50-60%. The remaining electrical energy is used for hydrogen evolution and heat release.

(2). The new process releases less heat and reduces the need for cooling, while the traditional process, due to low efficiency, causes the temperature of the tank solution to rise rapidly.

(3). Ceramic membrane anode electrolysis does not generate cyanide, providing convenience for wastewater treatment, while the oxidation of organic matter in traditional processes leads to the generation of cyanide

(4). During the anodic electrolysis of ceramic membranes, organic matter does not come into contact with the anode, reducing the generation of carbonates.

It also reduces the formation of cyanide, organic carbon, and carbonate products, improves the efficiency of electroplating. The electroplating efficiency of zinc nickel plating solution can also be maintained at the initial level for many years, reducing operating costs.
