Introduction of Zinc Nickel Alloy Anode Electrolytic Ceramic Membrane Products
This is a new technology that has only been applied in recent years, using ceramic membrane to protect metal anodes instead of traditional metal anodes such as nickel or steel, which can prevent chelating agents and other organic components from migrating from the electrolyte, to prevent the oxidation.
The zinc nickel alloy anode electrolytic ceramic film produced by our company is carefully formulated with high-quality ceramic raw materials and has excellent corrosion resistance to strong alkalis. Due to the high temperature (around 1500 degrees) used for firing (resulting in higher raw material costs, kiln investment costs, and firing costs), the mechanical strength is relatively high. The key technology of the product lies in its high porosity and uniform distribution of pores, moderate pore size, thin cylinder wall (5-7mm), very low resistance during electrolysis, and the ability to obtain uniform current distribution, which is the key to product performance.
