Our ceramic guides provides excellent dimensional precision, sufficient strength in high temperature zones, and excellent corrosion resistance. Hi-Performance Wear Protection Alumina Ceramic offer superior wear, abrasion and impact resistance. They also have excellent mechanical and anti corrosion properties.
These characteristics make it very suitable for hearth kilns, kiln core tubes, heat resistance tubes, gas extraction tubes, gas introduction tube, acid resistance parts and many more.
We can supply Hi-Performance Alumina Ceramic in a variety of standard sizes with the flexibility to manufacture to the customers requirements.
Ceramic guides are used in textile as yarn guides and also in cable and wire industry as wire guide, yarn path is diamond polished for smooth surface. Roller guides are available in different sizes like outer dia, inner diameter and different lengths. We can also give the roller guides with bearings fitted in the inner diameter.
