1. Description
In mullite (3 2 sio2, al2o3) phase of high aluminum refractory material. General alumina content is between 65% ~ 75%. Mineral composition in addition to the mullite, contain the alumina lower also contains a small amount of glass phase and cristobalite; Containing alumina high contains a small amount of corundum.High refractoriness, can reach more than 1790 ℃. The rul start temperature of 1600 ~ 1700 ℃. Room temperature compressive strength of 70 ~ 260 mpa. Good thermal shock resistance. A sintered mullite bricks and two fused mullite brick.
Sintered mullite brick with high bauxite clinker as the main raw material, add a small amount of clay or raw bauxite as binder, forming, sintering and made.
